About NGO-HR Student Assistant/Denmark/2023
Thirty devoted, knowledgeable, and multicultural employees from our HR department work in Copenhagen. We offer HR support to a global non-governmental organization that helps displaced people and refugees all over the world. Four main groups make up our HR team: HR Operations & Analytics, HR International Partnership, People Development & Engagement, and HR Headquarters & Denmark. The HR Operations & Analytics team consists of six other coworkers, and you will be one of them.
You will get the chance to work with a well-organized group that emphasizes professionalism, respect for one another, and providing top-notch customer service. Many duties involving employee contracts, extensions, system management, and HR analytics fall under the purview of our staff. You will work closely with HR Operations Experts and Officers across the globe as a member of the HR Operations & Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the administration of contracts and extensions for expatriate personnel in our national operations.
