About NGO Jobs in UK-Global Security and Workplace Programme Assistant

You will give support so that Global Security & Workplace (GS&W) may achieve its goals and guarantee the smooth operation of the program by helping the Programme Director and larger team with administrative procedures. The group works with IS offices across the world and supports other Amnesty organizations. It also covers workplace, security, and safeguarding tasks.
You will have demonstrated expertise in managing budgets and planning travel for several departments while also providing administrative support. You will be a fantastic communicator with the ability to build and maintain connections with colleagues throughout the Movement and program personnel.
It would be ideal to be fluent in French, Spanish, Arabic, or all four.

Education:

  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, face-to-face and over the phone, with clarity, conciseness, and diplomacy.
