Job Description:
Major duties and responsibilities

- Giving health advice such as nutrition advice, mental health advice and other sexual care to clients in need individually and in groups according to the existing guidelines.
- Maintaining confidentiality and secrets of clients/patients
- Ensuring the safety of the counseling place
- Regulating and guiding clients/patients to the relevant departments
- Carrying out nursing care in the relevant service (immune jaundice, checking vital signs, timely adjustment of medication guidance, dressing, adjustment of catheters, diet and recording of out-pet and intake according to standards and guidelines
- Providing round-the-clock nursing services and patient triage
- Active participation in breakfast reports and related service visits
- Active participation in nursing professional conferences and presenting at least four conferences per year
- Responsible for the distribution and application of medicine, medical consumables, clothing at the level of the relevant service and supply of medicine to hospitalized patients if necessary.
- Implementation of disinfection procedures, safe waste management (separation), appropriate use of medical equipment and its maintenance and care according to guidelines and procedures.
- Assisting and taking care of the personal hygiene of the patient, the availability and cleanliness of uniforms, blankets, blankets, mattress sheets, bed sheets, serum bases and side tables.
- Preparing the patient’s bed again (changing the blanket, pillow and mattress, cleaning and disinfecting the bed and the side table) for accepting the next patient.
- Participating in the cleanliness of the service (patient room, corridor, toilets, doors, gates and medical and non-medical equipment)
- Active participation in the general washing of the related service (patients’ room, corridor, toilets, toilets, gates, medical and non-medical equipment) according to the guidelines.
- Maintaining the files of hospitalized patients and submitting them to the relevant head nurse
- According to the job, the division of labor hours is 24 hours
- Arranging the monthly, quarterly, and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan, in order to achieve the set goals of the department.
- Providing monthly, quarterly, annual and when necessary reports on relevant activities and achievements, and presenting it to the product person
- Cooperation with the students of the institute
Job Requirements:

Mastery of the official languages of the country (Pashto and Dari) and familiarity with English
