Job Description:
- Summary of Key Functions
Under the direct supervision of the Admin Assistant, the incumbent of the position is responsible for ensuring the cleaning of the CARE office premises
- Key relations
- Respect rule and regulations of the organization.
- Obey and respect superiors.
- Having honesty, integrity and commitment.
- Should check all offices especially after official hours to make sure that all the wall sockets are disconnected.
- Should help and assist when required in loading and unloading.
- Should keep clean the office premises and staff houses.
- Should prepare tea at a fix time in the morning and during the day as described in the NEM.
- Should look after the office assets before and behind office times.
- Should act as guard when needed.
- Any other business that is assigned by the supervisor.
