Job Description:
The incumbent of this position works under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping and Security Officer and is responsible for keeping the care offices clean and tidy.
- Respecting the rules and regulations of the Care Office.Obedience and respect to superiors in daily work matters.Having integrity, honesty in work and a commitment to comply with all applicable laws of the office.
Turning off office electrical appliances after working hours on a daily basis. Turning off meeting room electrical appliances and cleaning them again after each meeting.
Assisting and assisting in loading and unloading goods when necessary from the purchasing office or transferring them to the warehouses of the care office.
Keep offices and conference rooms clean and help prepare dinner and lunch during conferences and meetings.
Turning on water heaters to prepare hot water for tea daily and placing tea next to each water heater.
Cooperation with other employees in maintaining order and cleanliness of the work environment should be seriously considered for maintaining hygiene in the office.
Washing and cleaning corridors, toilets, and other areas to ensure proper environmental hygiene.
Care should be taken to ensure that the water tank (storage) is empty or full during work.
Cooperate with the chef when distributing food and tea, maintaining cleanliness and wearing the necessary kitchen clothes.
Check the relevant offices every day in accordance with the work schedule and ensure that they are clean.
A copy of the tasks to be performed weekly is attached to the bill to be performed weekly.

Job Requirements:
- In the duty section, he/she must comply with the office policy and have good manners and behavior.
- Be in perfect health and able-bodied.
- Must have at least two years of work experience in the cleaning sector and have excellent communication and understanding skills.
- At least a primary school graduate.
- At least 2 years of work experience in government and non-government organizations.
- Or, Pashto proficiency is preferred over English.
