Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor degree, preferably in English/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Law/ International Relations/ Business Studies or in any other relevant subjects from a reputed university.
Experience
- At least 2 years
Additional Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in relevant areas
- Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills in English
- Good computer skill specially in MS office package
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under immense pressure situation
- Self-sufficient, proactive and self-motivating
- Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands to deliver results

The Opportunity
- Under the direct supervision of the Head of Safeguarding, the role holder will be responsible for facilitating Safeguarding activities and arrangements within the SCI Area Office, Cox’s Bazar and its partners, ensuring that these are in line with SCI policies and CO operational plan. Working with the concerned managers of the Area Office, s/he will run Safeguarding awareness raising programs among staff, partners, volunteers and beneficiaries and will make sure that all Safeguarding concerns and incidents are reported to the management following the set protocol. S/he will monitor the Safeguarding risk mitigation process of individual projects, will participate in domestic investigations, and deliver quality reports.
