Job Summary & Goals: Job Description

In addition to providing nursing care in a stand-alone health facility and management and referral services to the targeted demographic, the nurse is in charge of overseeing the entire administration of relevant First Aid. It is his or her duty to submit a comprehensive monthly report to the supervisor.
Under the careful supervision of a supervisor, the pharmacist is in charge of organizing, maintaining, and dispensing medications and other medical supplies. They also have to report medication usage to their line supervisor, which is a medical doctor.

Responsibilities:

01- Providing Nursing and caring services to the Patients
02- Sharing the findings gained by clinic observation with the Head Office and communicating them to the superiors
03- Monitoring and administering medication according to the Prescription
04- Keeping the Medication plan up to date
05- Complying with the hygiene regulation and accident prevention measures
06- Observing the data protection regulations
07- Taking patient pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
08- Providing emotional support and psychological to patients
09- Assist with a doctor to OPD
10- On time data collection of medicine
11- Arranging of medicine in pharmacy stock and keeping medicine in suitable temperature.
12- Keeping of stock in and stock out documents
13- Registering finance related documents
14- Supervision and monitoring of medicine which is used in the hospital
15- Proper storage of medicine and attention to the expiry date of the medicine
16- Medicines which expiry date is 6 months remaining should be separately reported
17- Observing of hygiene on daily basis.
18- Monthly and quarterly reporting of Pharmacy stock to the line manager
19- Helping with other staff in hospital activities.
20- Willingness for capacity building according to the rules regulation.
21- Need assessment of medicines and preparation of proper demand
22- Any additional task is given by his/her line supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.

Experience:

At least three years of work experience in a similar position.

Language Professions:

Proficiency in Dari or Pashto is required
