Job context
Badavan Sangh is a women-led and non-profit voluntary organization working on women’s rights. Badavan Sangh is implementing various programs for socio-economic development of women and girls. The organization is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of ‘Program Organiser’.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in team building, awareness and leadership development with tribal women at the field level.
- Assisting in data collection of Xadivasi households.
- Regularly conducting and following up on tribal women’s groups’ weekly courtyard meetings and programmes.
- Forming tribal women agricultural groups and making entrepreneurs out of them.
- Participating in meetings, seminars and trainings as part of various programs at the field level.
- To assist indigenous women in training and making handicrafts.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Mobile bill, 2 bonus per annum, provident fund, graduation, traveling expenses and institutional benefits.
