About WFP

The biggest humanitarian organization in the world, the World Food Programme, helps people recover from violence, natural catastrophes, and the effects of climate change by saving lives in times of need and utilizing food aid to provide a road to peace, stability, and prosperity.

The future of WFP’s workforce is envisioned as a diverse, dedicated, skilled, and high-performing team that is chosen based on merit, working in a safe and welcoming workplace, upholding WFP’s core values (Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Humanity, and Inclusion), and collaborating with partners to improve the lives of those WFP serves.
