- Preparation of design, drawing & BoQ’s Field coordination, Reporting, etc.
- Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism – Good report writing ability-Computer skills (Have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Water GEMS, EPANET, Compass Software GIS, MS Office).Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.
- Have better understanding on WASH sector standard.
- Experience construction, Operation & Maintenance of Chlorinated piped Water Distribution Networks at Rohingya Refugees Camp & host community.
Responsibilities & Context
- Preparing and reviewing the design, drawing and BoQ to construction/upgradation of piped Water system (Water distribution networks).
- To assist technical support for production borehole drilling as well as assist in preparing bore log report, geophysical logging & use of water logger at bore hole.
- To assist technical support to conduct Pump test to ensure maximum level of abstraction rate for meeting up the demand.
- Provide technical support for the installation of water supply facilities such as production borehole well as well as the water distribution network system.
- Regular monitoring the quality and quantity of water distribution network’s construction and upgradation works following technical specifications, drawing and design.
- Monitoring the water treatment process (Chlorination process) to ensure safe water supply at community level.
- Conducting regular monitoring and full technical supervision and provide technical inputs to the associates.
- Develop details O&M plan for different water supply service facilities of Water distribution networks.
- To maintain up-to-date records of all construction activities, quality check of construction materials and equipment at store as well as construction site.
- Preparing weekly, monthly and any other reports as the program demands.
- Field co-ordination with Local administration, DPHE, LGI, CiC, and other Stakeholders & acting partners in the refugee camp & host community.
- Supervise the site engineer & vendor in overall planning, designing, implementation & monitoring of the Project.
- Exhibit spiritual maturity, integrity and a dynamic personal sense of life calling
