Job Description:
- The project supervisor, under the direct supervision of the project coordinator/manager, is responsible for the smooth implementation of humanitarian assistance to returnees and host communities;
- Conducting weekly supervision of visits to service delivery points of, HFs and hospitals;
- Provide feedback about findings to field staff and develop a follow-up action plan;
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with EPHS and BPHS implementor
- Ensure that implementation of project activities adheres to program and donor requirements;
- To supervise regular data collection and ensure the quality of the data by random verifications and validations;
- To generate reports based on field qualitative and quantitative data analysis about the trends and magnitude of the project interventions such as RH, returnees/IDPs situation;
- Any other tasks he/she is assigned to do.
Job Requirements:
- MD degree from a recognized medical faculty (Having passed the exit exam)
- Having at least one year experience in the supervision of health facilities
- Proficient in MS office (esp. excel and world);
- To be the resident of the provinces;
- Fluency in written and spoken local languages;
- Good working and reporting skills in English.
