• Age 32 to 45 years

Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Science/Political Science/Public Administration/Law/ Women and Gender Studies/ Development Studies or related fields.

Experience Requirements:

– Preference will be given to the person(s) who have working experience in “Legal Aid Activities”

– Experience in program monitoring, supervision, skill in report writing and computer operation.

– Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

– Ability to work under pressure, manages multiple priorities, and meets deadline.

– Budget and Financial Management: Proven ability to manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability in compliance with.

Responsibilities & Context

This project will be implemented in the selected 13 upazilas of 4 districts (Habiganj, Sunamganj, Sylhet, and Netrokona) in aiming to ensuring justice & individual’s rights to healthy life, especially the marginalized & vulnerable people.

Being the key position PM will actively take part in Planning, Staff Capacity Building & Management, Communication, Accumulation and Networking, Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation, Administrative & Accounts Managements and any other activities if needed for the betterment of the project.
