OPCA believes that people are the strength and resource of a country. They are the makers of their own fortune. OPCA also believes that
through education, training, organizing and capacity building, these people could play a vital role in building up a nation. In reality, it is
very difficult to streamline these neglected sections of the society as they are treated as the burden populace into development stream.
However, our efforts and endeavor will not come to an end. OPCA aspires that if we could support them, evoke their intrinsic qualities,
help build up their capacity, finding out the avenues and tap their resources; they would undoubtedly be turned into an asset rather than
liability and change their destiny.
