Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.

Job Description:

  • Follow up the PSEA guidelines, policies, and practices according to the organization standards and best practices.
  • Ensure all personnel receive training and capacity development on Sexual Exploitation, Abuse Harassment (SEAH).
  • Enhance staff awareness concerning PSEA matters.
  • Advocate for a zero-tolerance approach toward sexual exploitation and abuse within the organization.
  • Establish a confidential and accessible system for reporting PSEA issues.
  • Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into PSEA complaints in accordance with established protocols.
  • Regularly report on PSEA compliance activities.
  • Promote PSEA awareness organization-wide and in communications with partners.
  • Integrate PSEA principles into monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
  • Maintain confidential records of all PSEA-related matters, including inquiries and case management.

Job Requirements:

  • A ‌bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Gender Studies, Social Works, Human Rights, International Relations or Development, Management).
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable education and experience in humanitarian context and engagement with NGOs.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Computer Proficiency, especially the Microsoft Office package.
  • Fluency in Pashto and Dari
