Job Description:
Under the overall supervision of the Project Supervisor, the facilitator will work on the following tasks to coordinate the implementation of the project:

- In close coordination with the project supervisor implement the PSS component in targeted areas.
- Conduct PSS-related meetings and training for the targeted clients.
- Conduct capacity-building training for targeted volunteers’ worker.
- Ensure adherence to WASSA policies, handbooks, procedures, and SOPs/guidelines.
- Conduction of related beneficiaries survey and filed all relevant forms.
- Scheduling client consultations on individual, group, and family bases.
- Assessing clients and identifying their problems.
- Engaging in discussions with clients and making them feel comfortable.
- Identify and refer the client to those who need medicines.
- Undertaking psychometric testing.
- Evaluating clients’ responses to PSS services over time.
- Organizing a long-term counseling plan that involves multiple visits.
- Offering services to all age groups.
- Offering both one-on-one and group counseling.
- Keeping a detailed account of the client’s mental health history.
- Being clients and building relationships based on trust.
- Perform any other related tasks as directed by the Project Supervisor.
- Conduct and facilitate psychosocial education and awareness raising.
- Monitoring and supporting CFS centers.
- Be able to manage, facilitate and conduct the meetings.
- Perform any other related tasks as directed by the Project Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- He is responsible to Report regularly on project activities and update the progress of project implementation to PS.
- Focuses on impact and result for the client
- Approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
- Builds strong relationships with clients and external actors
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
- Provide regular progress reports to the Supervisor.
- Any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced University Degree in psychology
- Attainment of a state license in counseling psychology.
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
