Job Summary
To deliver exceptional customer service by facilitating seamless access to products and services, including SIM sales, re-registration, account support, and issue resolution, while ensuring compliance with company policies and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
1. Sales of MTNA products & services.
2. Providing Services to customers based on customer’ query.
3. Newline/MoMo Registration (Webcare Registration Access for CSPs Role).
4. Re-registration/Edit All (Webcare Edil Access for CSP Role).
5. SIM Swap (Webcare Edil Access & TT SIM Swap Access for CSP Role).
6. Addition & Cancelation of VAS services to customer (TT Access for CSP Role).
7. Customer Education on MTNA P&S.
8. Complaint handling via TT.
9. Performing ownership & security Check up (Customer information view in TT & Webcare).
10. SIM Swap with Declaration based on security check (TT & Webcare Access for CSP Role).
11. Contract Change (TT & Webcare Access for CSP Role).
12. Onboarding new MoMo customers.
13. Customer education on MoMo.
14. MoMo Cashin/Cash out.
15. Any other KPI relevant to MoMo.
Job Requirements
Education:
12th graduate, bachelor’s in business administration to be preferred
Experience:
1 – 2 years’ experience in customer care or sales
Training:
Introductory and intermediate telecoms training
Customer care training
Product knowledge
Teamwork and cooperation,
Customer focus
Negotiating
Microsoft word and Excel
Fluent in both local languages Pashto and Dari; and a good command of English
Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise
Able to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers’ data
Able to take initiatives
Good communication skills
Analytical skills
Knowledge of GSM technology and services
Understanding of the Afghan customer
