The Program / Department / Team
The Jobtech Alliance is an ecosystem-building initiative around inclusive jobtech in Africa launched in late 2021. Utilizing a systems change approach, the initiative is built around two workstreams: (1) We create an enabling environment for the sector to thrive through research and community-building, as well as work on funding, policy and sector representation; (2) We deliver a range of acceleration activities with jobtech platforms across ten countries in Africa which enable entrepreneurs to build greater scale, impact, and inclusivity in their solutions.
General Position Summary
The Results Measurement Manager is responsible for delivering on the Jobtech Alliance’s ambitious results measurement agenda. We are measuring impact of both our acceleration activities and the wider systems change work. This means that we are looking at the level of jobseeker, business, and ecosystem, requiring an extensive and diverse results measurement system. You will have a key role in driving the overall strategy of the Jobtech Alliance. Expect us to move fast, make mistakes, learn a lot, and re-start a few times. You’ll be traveling 20% of the time across different African markets.
