Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the assigned areas related POS including retailers, DRM agents, Outlets, DSA, EDS, EEDS, Franchises EDS, Mobile EDS, Afghan Post Office etc.
- Ensure The quality services at the channel (EDS, EEDS, DSA, Outlets, Retailers, Dealers, Franchises, Afghan Post offices etc)
- Make Sure all EA products especially Scratch Cards, E-Top Up and SIMs to his assigned areas in order to achieve his assigned target aggressively
- Properly Visit market and respective dealer/POS on regular basis to enhance sales as per company policies and procedures
- Support and motivate the assigned EDS, EEDS, DSA, Outlet, Franchises & DRM agents and retailers, Afghan Post offices for maximum market share.
- Provide guidelines and all the required training to his assigned POS agents regarding MPOs, DRM and E-Top up related codes and facilities for maximum efficiency
- Ensure proper placement of merchandising/POS material in his assigned POS especially EDS, EEDS, DSA & outlets, Afghan Post offices etc
- Provide and update product knowledge to his assigned dealers/POS agents time eto time as per company policies and procedures
- Visit market on regular basis in order to monitor the availability & visibility of the EA products in the market
- Monitor the Stock & in case of non-availability inform proactively to his line supervisor/manager accordingly.
- Ensure the implementation of EA & ATRA sim registration policy through the required documents to make sure the quality registration
- Submit/Share the performance report with his assigned POS agents (EDS, EEDS, DSA, DRM, Outlets, Dealers & retailers, Afghan Post offices) on regularly basis in order to develop them and get the desire figure through them
- Focus on quality sales in order to increase the subsciver base in his assigned province/areas
- Share network related issues with his related supervisor on time
- Resolve his assigned POS agents related issues like their commission, MPOS & DRM Software and E-Top up services issues by concerned departments
- Present weekly activities report of his assigned POS agents and DRM Limited users to his line supervisor/manager accordingly
- Share the competitors’ movement report on time especially when there is any new offer from any of the competitors in the market
- Organize sale campaigns/Micro Marketing Activities especially under low revenue sites, Upgraded sites (3G or 4G) to hit monthly, quarterly and yearly yearly target aggressively
- Share the survey report of his assigned POS agents especially EDS, EEDS, DSA, Outlets, Dealers & retailers, Afghan Post office etc
- Build/implement productive business relationship with existing POS agents as well as key account customers and prospects Focus on EDS/DRM/Afghan Post development throughout his assigned areas especially in the current challenges from ATRA, Other governmental organization and other law enforcement agencies.
- Any other assigned tasks by the line supervisor.

- Education: baccalaureate degree and higher will be preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant in Sales, customer service field preferred
- Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and communication knowledge in English

The Incumbent is Sales Agent-Indirect Sale for Etisalat Afghanistan. He/she will be required to carry out the duties of the position honestly, eagerly and with commitment.
The duties include but are not limited to greet and indirect customers, and attending required training both by Etisalat Afghanistan and HPL, committed to promote products and services of Etisalat Afghanistan. He/she should be present in the office on time and provide service as mentioned. He/she will report to EA headquarters if instructed by supervisor.
