Job Summary
Sales Agent – Indirect Sales – (Casual) with Etisalat Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor the assigned areas related POS including retailers, dealers, Outlets, EDS , Franchises, Afghan Posts Project ,DRM Agents etc)
• Ensure the quality services at the channel ( EDS ,Outlets, Retailers ,Dealers ,Afghan Post Project, DRM Agents etc)
• Make sure all EA products especially Scratch Cards, E-Top Up and SIMs to his assigned areas to achieve his assigned target aggressively.
• Boost up /develop mHawala business in the new assigned area
• Responsible for properly Visit market and respective dealer/POS on regular basis to enhance sales as per company policies and procedures.
• Support and motivate the assigned EDS , Outlet, DRM Agents ,Afghan Post Sales agents and retailers for maximum market share
• Provide guidelines and all the required training to his assigned POS agents regarding MPOs , DSCM and DRM and E-Top up ,mHawala related codes and facilities for maximum efficiency
• Ensure proper placement of merchandising / POS material in his assigned POS especially EDS ,DRM agents, Afghan Post Sales points & outlets
• Provide and update product knowledge to his assigned POS agents time to time as per company policies and procedures.
• Visit market on a regular basis in order to monitor the availability & visibility of the EA products in the market.
• Monitor the Stock & incase of non-availability inform proactively to his line supervisor/manager accordingly.
• Ensure the implementation of EA & ATRA sim registration policy through the required documents to make sure the quality registration.
• Submit /share the performance report with his assigned POS agents ( EDS , DRM Agents, Outlets, Dealers & retailers and Afghan Post Sales Points on regularly basis in order to develop them and get the desire figure through them
• Provide and update product knowledge to Dealers & POS time to time as per company policies and procedures.
• Resolve his assigned POS agents related issues like their commission, MPOS, DSCM & DRM Software and E-Top up services issues by concerned departments
• Prepare weekly activities report of his assigned POS agents and DRM users to his line supervisor /manager accordingly.
• Share the competitor’s movement report on time especially when there is any new offer from any of the competitors in the market.
• Organize sale campaigns / Micro Marketing Activities at public parks to hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly target aggressively.
• Share the survey report of his assigned POS agents especially EDS , Outlets, Dealers & retailers and Afghan Post Sales Points Agent
• Enhance /boost up mHawala business in the assigned are
• Ensure timely submission of document within the given KPI and provide and update product knowledge to Dealers and retailers, EDS and Afghan Post Sales Points agents time to time as per company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
