Job Summary

Sales Agent Indirect Sales – Wardak (Casual) with Etisalat Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the assigned areas including retailers, dealers, outlets, EDS, franchises, Afghan Posts Project, DRM Agents, etc.

• Ensure the provision of high-quality services at all channels such as EDS, outlets, retailers, dealers, Afghan Post Project, DRM Agents, etc.

• Aggressively achieve assigned targets by ensuring availability of all EA products (especially Scratch Cards, E-Top Up and SIMs) in the assigned areas.

• Drive the growth and development of mHawala business in the newly assigned area.

• Regularly visit markets and respective dealers/POS to enhance sales in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Support and motivate assigned EDS outlets, DRM Agents Afghan Post Sales agents and retailers to maximize market share.

• Provide guidelines and necessary training to POS agents regarding MPOs , DSCM , DRM , E-Top up , mHawala related codes and facilities for maximum efficiency.

• Ensure proper placement of merchandising/POS material at assigned POS locations (especially EDS outlets ,DRM agents , Afghan Post Sales points & outlets).

• Continuously provide updated product knowledge to POS agents as per company policies and procedures.

• Regularly monitor market availability and visibility of EA products; take necessary actions if non-availability is identified; promptly inform line supervisor/manager accordingly.

• Implement EA & ATRA sim registration policies through required documents to ensure quality registration processes are followed.

• Share performance reports with assigned POS agents (EDS outlets ,DRM Agents Outlets & Dealers & Retailers) regularly for their development while achieving desired targets through them.

• 13.Provide timely product knowledge updates to Dealers & POS agents as per company policies and procedures.

• 14.Resolve any issues related to commission payments or services such as MPOS,DSCM & DRM Software,E-Top up faced by assigned POS agents through coordination with relevant departments.

• 15.Present weekly activity reports on his/her assigned POS agent’s activities along with reporting on DRM users’ activities to line supervisor /manager accordingly.

• 16.Share competitor’s movement reports in a timely manner especially when new offers are introduced by competitors in the market.

• 17.Organize sales campaigns/micro marketing activities at public parks aggressively to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.

• 18.Share survey reports on his/her assigned POS agent’s performance especially EDS Outlets Dealers & Retailers as well as Afghan Post Sales Points Agent.

• 19.Enhance/boost up mHawala business in the assigned area effectively.

• 20.Ensure timely submission of documents within given KPIs while providing regular updates on product knowledge to Dealers,Retailers ,EDS,Afghan Post Sales PointAgents accordingto company polices/procedures.

Job Requirements

High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
