Job Summary
Sales Intern should work under the direct supervision of Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Schedule visits with offices, residential blocks and households, and explain our services and packages to them.
• Follow up through calls with leads and current customers. Communicate with leads and customers via email.
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
• Work closely with the Sales team or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
• Promote internet services as directed by upper management.
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
• Review sales performance against sales targets.
• Source and work customer referrals.
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
• Attend meetings and visit leads for answer any queries they might have.
• Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Notify client about their internet connection and trial period via email/phone call.
• Notify clients about their internet disconnection via email/phone call.
• Speak with dissatisfied customers or entertain high profile clients.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
• Self-improve continuously.
Job Requirements
Education:
12th grade graduate and Diploma in Business administration (DBA)
Bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) is preferred.
Experience:
At least 1 Year sales and marketing experience in ISP environment.
