Job Summary

ensuring the safety and security of the office premises, monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding to emergencies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Regularly patrol assigned areas to ensure the security and safety of premises, property, and individuals.
• Use surveillance equipment, such as cameras and monitors, to keep a watchful eye on premises and detect any suspicious activity.
• Control access to restricted areas by checking identification, verifying credentials, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, such as disturbances, thefts, or medical emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain order.
• Enforce security policies, rules, and regulations established by the organization or property management to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to prevent security breaches or threats.
• Participate in emergency drills and training exercises to ensure readiness to respond effectively to various emergencies or crisis situations.
• Register visitors during office and authorized non-office hours.
• Verify and monitor visitors and clients entering the office, and guide them to the relevant departments.
• Inspect visitors and office vehicles entering the premises.
• Provide regular reports to the line supervisor during day and night shifts.
