Job Description:

·      E-Registration Analysis and Coordination: Analyze e-registration projects, coordinate SMS circulation, share updates with stakeholders, and report daily updates to sales management.

·      Network Issue Management: Coordinate and follow up on network issues, including point of sales outages, and confirm resolution with end users.

·      User Management in DSCM and CRM Platforms: Coordinate the creation of new users, train agents, manage troubleshooting, unlocking, and blocking of users, and report to the relevant team for inclusion in NSIA and ATRA portals.

·      Line Recharging: Recharge lines daily as required by sales channels.

·      Logistics and Admin Coordination: Process delivery notes, coordinate with the logistics team for sending and receiving items including SAFs and customer documents between Kabul and provincial offices, and ensure the quality of SAFs, and the availability of customer documents.

·      Data Validation and Uploading: Validate, match, and upload required data, including SAFs, into the CRI system.

·      Government Affairs and Legal Inquiries: Handle inquiries from government and legal departments regarding SAFs, profiles, NID, and provision of physical documents.

·      Stock Management and Archiving Support: Support the archiving team in managing and shifting documents from the main office to MSC.

·      Service Fee Processing: Process, coordinate, and upload service fees to retailers, EDSs, and Afghan Post.

·      Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all processes and outputs meet established quality standards. This includes conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

·      Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on quality metrics and archiving activities. Analyzing data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

·      Compliance: Ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

·      Customer   Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality and archiving, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration with three years of relevant experience.
