We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals, including Afghan and European cuisines, for staff and guests. This role requires excellent culinary skills, a focus on hygiene and sanitation, and the ability to collaborate with other service staff in a professional environment.

• Prepare and cook meals for staff and guests under the direct supervision of the Compound Officer.
• Be proficient in cooking both Afghan and European cuisine as requested by the staff.
• Procure necessary food materials daily from the market.
• Collaborate with other service staff for tasks such as washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in compliance with organizational policies.
• Serve meals in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide overtime services during meetings, with compensation agreed upon mutually if required.
• Exhibit mutual respect and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Perform additional official tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Prepare and cook food for employees and domestic and foreign guests
Proficiency in cooking Afghan and foreign cuisines as requested by employees

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with the institution’s policies
Provide additional services during meetings, with prior agreement
