RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the management of procurement of goods and services in accordance with IRC policies and procedures.
- Provide support in accordance with programmatic and operational procurement planning
- In coordination with the Supply Chain Officer, document the pricing and cost analysis related to procurement efforts for the IRC.
- Manage and update the supplier database and price list for all categories.
- Monitor warehouse management, including monthly reports on asset and input inventory management.
- Follow up on deliveries, either with suppliers or IRC staff; update requesters on the status of their purchasing processes.
- Ensure that all Supply Chain-related documents (electronic and hard copies) are properly filed, organized, and up-to-date.
- Ensure that the formats provided by the organization are used for each process in the supply chain including purchasing , warehouse , fleet and assets .
- Generate the weekly schedule of transportation needs for the Norte de Santander office operation.

Minimum Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical or professional degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, business field or related fields.
- 1 year of specific experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse (supply chain), fleet and related tasks.
- Advanced handling of Microsoft office tools, such as Excel.
- Has a demonstrated ability to multitask and process information in action to avoid delaying program activities.
- She is passionate about the work of NGOs and has a positive mindset with a “make it happen and work as a team” attitude.
- An independent, reliable, and flexible individual is valued. Self-taught, critically thinking, and detail-oriented, who can work in high-pressure environments and with time constraints.
