The Nangarhar Valley Agricultural Emirate Company (Canal) is an agricultural project whose initial survey and design works began in 1984 and were completed in 1952. The canal has an irrigation capacity of 31,000 hectares of land in five districts of Nangarhar province (Sorkhrood, Behsud, Beti Kot, Ani Khel and Mohmand Darreh). be.

1. Supervision and inspection of all matters of the internal solar power project system of the Nangarhar State Agricultural Valley Company.
2. Adapting the internal and external electrical systems of the sections under work, designed by the relevant departments, and ensuring quality.
3. Necessary coordination with the technical team and implementation of internal and external networks of the company’s relevant projects.
4. Control all electricity used according to the list of specifications for transparency and assurance.
5. Provide monthly, quarterly, annual and when necessary reports to the relevant department of activities and achievements. 
6. Performing other duties assigned by the relevant authority in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the department.

Field of study:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Higher is preferred.
• Ability to manage, direct, plan, and organize .
• Having qualifications and competence, good character and good reputation, proficiency in one of the official languages ​​(Dari or Pashto) and familiarity (writing and speaking) in English.
• Computer skills in task-related applications.
