Responsibilities & Context

1. Member selection

• Using the member map, 400 members will be selected, of which 350 will be debtor members.
• Membership must be approved by the branch manager.

2. Providing education on financial transactions (providing and updating information)

• Member dropout must be prevented.
• The attendance book must be signed by the member.
• Each member’s passbook must be kept updated.

3. Collection related

• All collections, including installments, interest, and savings, must be 100% according to the collection sheet.
• You must always be diligent in collecting your installments.

4. Loan-related

• The loan proposal must be made at the center and written in the resolution book.
• The loan proposal must be passed at the Branch Activity Committee (BAC) meeting.
• The BM will approve the loan, and the accountant will distribute it.

5. Savings related

• Savings withdrawals can only be made from branches.
• The member will come to the branch and withdraw the savings from the branch manager.

6. Overdue

• Will collect overdue from center members.
