About UN Careers-Assistant HR Officer

Performs the following actions—as well as any similar actions related to the employment cycle—regarding the designated group of clients/offices in a timely and accurate manner to make sure that the necessary client employment status is current and that related documentation is processed promptly to satisfy payroll requirements:

  • swiftly files the appropriate paperwork; action is done as needed in the specified Official status files, such as the leave, pension, and subject box files, as well as on the shared drive;
  • meets payroll deadlines by completing data input into the HRM and payroll system (REACH) on time and by timely disbursing the whole salary and allowances; delivers the relevant supporting documentation for examination by his or her superior;
  • oversees the chosen client pool’s attendance records and submits them to his or her supervisor on a monthly basis for approval;
  • oversees each assignment to make sure it is completed on schedule over the client pool’s whole tenure cycle;

Education:

  • a university degree in behavioral science-related fields as human resources management, psychology, public administration, or business administration.

Experience:

  • two years or more of administrative and HR experience in a multinational, governmental, or private business It is necessary to exhibit obvious knowledge and engage in many facets of human resources administration.
  • It is necessary to have a university degree in behavioral science, human resources management, psychology, public administration, or a similar discipline.

Languages:
