About UN Careers-Business Support Assistant/Brazil/2023

The Business Support Assistant will be based in the WFP Centre of Excellence against Hunger in Brazil and will report to the Head of Operations while working closely with the relevant staff from each subarea in the Unit.
To provide the Operations Unit with standard business support processes that will enable efficient service delivery for administration, procurement, travel, and human resources.
Required Qualifications of UN Careers-Business Support Assistant/Brazil/2023
Education:
University degree in Administration or related areas.
Experience:
Work experience in business support for at least four years, with increasing levels of responsibility, and knowledge of general administrative tasks within the UN System An advantage is having a general understanding of the administration-related policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of the WFP system.
languages:
Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Portuguese.
