About UN Careers-Partnership Coordinator
The Partnership Coordinator is in charge of developing and managing partnerships with international and national NGOs as well as other IRC Niger partners in accordance with IRC policies in order to achieve IRC’s strategic objectives. She or he works closely with the Deputy Director for Programs (DDP) to provide strategic and operational direction. Along with one other Partnership Manager, he or she serves as the focal point for partnership development and management, including capacity-building initiatives. He or she reports to the DDP and works as a member of the Extended Senior Leadership and Management Team (E-SLMT), providing direct support to strategic partnership opportunities.
UN Careers-Partnership Coordinator Requirments
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, as well as relevant experience in nonprofit governance, management, and partnership management.
Experience:
- Five years of experience managing partnerships and grants, ideally with an NGO.
- Experience working in a multicultural setting and preferably in Africa
Languages:
- Fluency in oral and written French and English.
- Excellent written and oral French and English skills.
