About Organization

The World Food Programme (WFP) is a United Nations agency that is responsible for addressing world hunger and promoting food security. The largest humanitarian organization fighting world hunger is called Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM). The PAM works to create a world in which every man, woman, and child always has access to enough food to lead a healthy and active life.
This position is based in our Ampanihy basement office space. The position holder will report to the chief of the field office or the administrative officer for the field office.

At this level, job holders must demonstrate responsibility and initiative to provide independent responses to queries that only contain general guidelines. To deal with unexpected problems on a daily basis, judgment must be demonstrated. Post holders possess the expertise and knowledge necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to the development of systems and processes that will continuously raise the quality of the support offered. Post holders are responsible for managing resources as well as forming and leading a support team.

Education:

  • Diploma of secondary studies. a certificate of postsecondary education in the related functional area.

Experience:

  • A good understanding of PAM administrative standards for exploitation was demonstrated, as was a concern for global issues of human development in the course of daily work.
