Functional Responsibilities Deliverables:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Focal Point, the main functions of the Human Resources Trainee will be:
Recruitment and selection:
Support in publicizing vacancies for other System Agencies, Universities, and Associated Groups of Graduates or Professionals from different areas who may be interested and coordination with the Focal Point of Human Resources and the Focal Point of Communications on disclosure texts and specific mailings.
help in the logistical preparation of selection processes, such as booking meeting rooms, invitations/blocks on the Outlook agenda for the interview panel, formatting evaluation matrices, support writing interview minutes, and collecting references from candidates /as selected.
assist in reviewing documents sent by candidates to start hiring, as well as organizing documentation into folders by the candidate.
Other support in reception, preparation, delivery for signature, and digital and physical delivery of work certifications to Brazil office staff.
Personal department:
Assist in the preparation of administrative reports; routine correspondence writing; organization of information sessions.
When necessary, support regular staff payroll verification;
Collaborate with the organization of COPs (Certifications of Payment) for retainer/lumpsum personnel payments and forward them to the BSSC according to a schedule organized by the Human Resources Focal Point
UN Jobs Asia- Training and development:
Support the maintenance of mandatory course controls and monitor the completion of courses in accordance with the development plan prepared by the Human Resources Focal Point.
Collaborate in organizing training courses for human resources personnel.
UN Jobs Asia – Education/Experience/Language requirements:
Are studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (Public or Business), Psychology, or related courses from the 6th semester onwards; or
Have graduated for up to 3 years, either in a Bachelor’s or Technologist’s degree, in Administration (Public or Companies), Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related courses;
