The Head of Unit: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Reporting and Knowledge Management, who reports directly to the WFP Representative/Country Director and works closely with the Deputy Country Director, is in charge of making sure that donor and UNSDCF requirements for M&E and reporting are met. He or she is anticipated to cooperate with various WFP Indonesia programme, financial, and grant management departments. In all UNSDCF M&E and reporting working groups, the HOU will represent WFP Indonesia. Additionally, he or she will be in charge of the WFP Indonesia Knowledge Management project.
Required Qualifications of UN jobs Asia-Head of Unit: Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting
Education:
Advanced University degree in economics, agriculture, supply chain management, international relations, or a similar topic; or First University degree plus additional years of relevant job experience, training, or education.
Experience:
- a minimum of three years of post-graduate, steadily increasing responsibility in public sector management, development projects, crisis relief, and/or operational facets of bilateral, multilateral, or national aid
- At least 5 years experience in development contexts.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
- Demonstrated experience developing M&E frameworks.
Languages
Knowledge of monitoring evaluation frameworks. Understanding principles of qualitative analysis. Skilled writer in Bahasa & English.
