- Plans, leads, monitors, and evaluates staff performance. Provides technical guidance and ensures that the staff is adequately trained to perform their duties. Supervises or conducts training sessions as necessary. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Financial Planning and Analysis staff by offering advice, guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Using established methodologies and tools, such as Business, Planning and Consolidation Budgeting (BPC), leads in the coordination of the formulation of Programme Budgets (PB), Projects, and Emergency Appeals (EA) within Budget Division and with the respective to HQ Departments/ Divisions and Field Offices; ensures timely and accurate preparation of the Agency’s Budgets, Blue Book in compliance with Financial Regulations, Technical Instructions, and other policy requirements.
- Develops reports and presentations based on such analysis to support informed decision-making. Leads the enhancement and improvement of budget and forecast processes using tools and formats as necessary. Provides financial and narrative analyses and suggests recommendations. Manages the review and analysis of past performance, expenditure forecasts, and other budgetary technical advice, including consultations regarding current and future funding requirements.

Education:

Experience:
