The WHO Global Service Centre (GSC), located in Malaysia, offers specialized services in the areas of human resources, procurement, finance, and support for corporate IT applications and infrastructure to all staff members, all WHO offices around the world, and Partner Entities. The GSC’s mission is to supply a wide range of goods and services that span all these industries in a prompt, dependable manner. In accordance with the Service Catalogue, the Global Finance team (GFI) and Global Payroll team (PAY) of the GSC process and account for payroll, pension, accounts payable, travel and expense, and awards transactions.

Education:

  • Completion of secondary school education or its equivalent, complemented by training in accounting or bookkeeping.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, payroll and/or financial management, preferably in an international setting or;

Languages:

  •  Expert knowledge of English.
