About Organization

About UN Jobs in Malaysia-Senior Helpdesk Analyst

Both an operational and strategic role is played by the Department of Information Management and Technology. In order for the Organization to fulfill its mandate with regard to health, the department offers pertinent, high-quality, dependable, and affordable IT services. Contrarily, it aspires to be a strategic enabler for WHO by forming alliances with business divisions (administrative and health technical), identifying business needs, and constructing and supervising initiatives to meet these demands. To implement the information management and technology strategy and satisfy the demands of the organization, the chief technology officer sets the broad direction of technology. Via the following teams, it offers services and underpinning technological platforms for enterprise information systems and digital workplaces:

  • Application and information management is responsible for overseeing the creation of information systems, platforms, and enterprise applications that enable the digital transformation.
  • Architecture and Infrastructure: Manages the foundational technology infrastructure and aids in establishing the overall technology architecture and standards.

UN Jobs in Malaysia-Senior Helpdesk Analyst Requirments

Education:

  • Completion of secondary, technical, or commercial school education.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including providing end-user support in a corporate environment with secondary, technical or commercial school education, or
  • 6 years with a relevant first level university degree, or
  • 5 years with a relevant advanced university degree.

languages:

  • Expert knowledge of English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of French.
