Purpose:

Responsibilities:
- Collect data with clear direction to help with the drafting of documents and preparing reports.
- Respond to queries and escalate where appropriate, in order to provide a timely and accurate service to clients.
- To contribute to the effective and timely administration of resources, assist in the processing and management of ordinary administrative activities in many functional domains.
- To contribute to the development of proper documentation, offer revision and proofreading services for standard documents.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of set standard systems and files, to ensure information is accurate and readily available for the function.
- Detect and report small anomalies in statistics and data, such as missing information, to senior personnel in order to assist clients in completing their tasks.
- Take responsibility for data integrity to facilitate the availability of accurate information in corporate systems.
- Give guidance to junior colleagues on routine business support procedures and practices to ensure services are delivered consistently and to the needed standards.
- Work with a variety of individuals, taking on feedback where appropriate to assist in business support delivery for staff.

Qualifications:
Education:
- University degree at the first level in a relevant discipline, particularly in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration Management, or a closely connected field.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience providing HR administrative support in a closely comparable field. Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition will be advantageous.
Information Abilities:
- Office equipment and computer software programs, such as Microsoft Word, should be used with care.
- Knowledge of work routines and methods in order to complete processes under minimal supervision.
- Uses tact and respect to deliver and receive information from a diverse group of people.
- Shows tact and respect when providing and receiving information from a diverse group of people.
language:
- Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and in Urdu.
