The Office of the Director, Administration and Finance, which oversees a broad service platform, manages a program budget area whose primary goal is to ensure the effective execution of WHO’s fundamental mandates by providing timely, targeted support in terms of general administrative services, human resources, budget and finance services, procurement, security, and program execution. This activity must be completed in accordance with WHO policies, guidelines, internal audit findings, and recommendations, as well as with the cooperation of the Member States of the nations the Regional Office serves.

UN Jobs in Philippines-Director, Administration, and Finance Requirments

Education:

  • An advanced university degree (Masters’s level or above) in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
  • An advanced university degree (Masters’s level or above) in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • a minimum of 15 years of professional experience managing the finances and operations of organizations’ departments and/or programs. A minimum of 7 years of this experience must have been acquired in an international setting.
  • working professionally for the WHO, the UN, or another international organization, especially at the regional or national level. knowledge of organizational growth and change management.

Languages:

  • Expert knowledge of written and spoken English.
