About UNjobs-Human Resources Associate/Bulgaria/2023
Under the close supervision and direction of the Operations Manager, the Human Resources Associate supports the effective implementation of a wide range of HR functions for all staff categories in his or her office. This is done by ensuring accurate and timely delivery in accordance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications of UNjobs-Human Resources Associate/Bulgaria/2023
Education:
completion of secondary education, ideally with additional training in technical or academic subjects pertinent to the organization’s activities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience required
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergencies is considered an asset.
- Computer literacy and ability to effectively use standard office software tools as well as good knowledge and skill using HR Systems (SAP, PowerBI, Talent Management System)
Languages:
Fluency in English and Bulgarian is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
