About UNjobs-Social & Behavior Change Officer
Study the country’s or region’s social, cultural, economic, communication, and political challenges and/or take part in performing a thorough S&BC situation study. Gather and combine qualitative and quantitative information and data to assist the development and planning of the S&BC component with comprehensive and evidence-based information.
Gather, organize, and/or draft materials and related documents for S&BC strategies and plans.
To accomplish measurable behavioral and societal change, evaluate how S&BC initiatives affect the CO and UNICEF goals.
Required Qualifications of UNjobs-Social & Behavior Change Officer
Education:
Having a university degree in social and behavioral science, sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, communication, public relations, or another pertinent technical subject is necessary.
Experience:
It is necessary to have a minimum of one year of professional experience in at least one of the following fields: social development program design, development communication, public advocacy, or a closely connected field.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
