Overview of position
CTG is looking for candidates whose experience match the below TOR for our operations in Abyei.

Role objectives
Assist in preparing Business Intelligence (BI) reports for analysis.

Monitor the mission contracts Instant Feedback System (IFS) & contract performance report tools & follow up with the technical units until its completion for further reporting to UNHQ.

Assist in preparing the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) of the mission for the monthly meeting.

Assist in the consolidating Demand Acquisition Plan (DAP), review & follow up with the technical units for information required.

Monitors detailed status of implementation of the acquisition plan; assists in the preparation of quarterly progress reports providing updates regarding the implementation of the mission’s acquisition plan & timely submission thereof to UNGSC.

Assists in preliminary analysis of the extracted information through review of stock holdings, consumption patterns, procurement cycle times, requirements & forecasts of internal & external customers & highlights areas of concern for the attention of the Acquisition Planning Officer to ensure timely decision making & minimize potential supply chain gaps.

Assist in the records acquisition’s actions & monitors status of acquisition processes for all commodities & services.

Assist in liaising with mission technical units on the planning & coordination of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) requirements & other technical units, service contract requirements & maintenance plans of assigned services, consolidation of inbound deliveries, ensuring that adequate lead times & sourcing options are considered in all requisitions.

Project reporting
This role reports to the line manager.

Key competencies
The candidate shall have a minimum of five years’ work experience in supply chain management, finance, project / contract management, acquisition planning or related fields.

In addition, candidate will be required to have strong IT skills to maintain database, monitoring & updating it, must have UMOJA knowledge & any others related software.

Team management
This role has no team management resposibility.
