About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Service-Afghanistan):
One of the most extensive private, non-profit health care systems in the developing world is Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS), which offers community health initiatives throughout a wide geographic region in East Africa and Central and South Asia.
Part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), the Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was founded in 2003. The Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS) offered by the Ministry of Public Health in Afghanistan are among the health care services that AKHS, A primarily delivers on behalf of the government. Offering vital health services across the spectrum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to hospital facilities with ISO certification, AKHS, A is exceptional in both breadth and size.
AKHS, A has been providing healthcare services in the provinces of Bamyan, Baghlan, and Badakhshan since 2003. Primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical treatment, nursing and midwifery education, human resources development, and hospital management are all included in the agency’s purview. The present mode of operation and function of AKHS, A in the provinces of Bamyan and Badakhshan as implementers of BPHS and EPHS. In addition to offering vaccination services, nutrition education, community health nurse and community health midwifery training, and technical assistance, AKHS, A also builds the capacity of health workers.
To continue providing supplemental and complementary support to the national health system, AKHS, A used funds from internal and external donors. Additionally, AKHS is a scale-up of AKDN innovations, such as cross-border agreements, e-learning projects, and e-health service extensions. AKHS, A is adopting net zero and greenhouse gas emission to create a healthy environment.
Job Description:
ترتيب پلان کاری برای ساحه تحت پوشش واکسين مطابق رهنمود و ترتیب پلان کاری مبایل (در صورت ضرورت).
تطبیق واکسین به گروپ مورد هدف نظر به پلان تعیین شده.
تدویر کمپاین های واکسين مطابق تقسيم اوقات تهيه شده.
تدویر جلسات تعليمات صحي در مورد پروگرام معافيت کتلوي, اسهالات, امراض تنفسي و تغذي به مراجعین.
مسوول ذخيره و نگهداري واکسين و ديگر وسايل واکسين مطابق رهنمود.
حفظ زنجيره سرد واکسين ها.
تهيه لیست درخواستي برای واکسين و ديگر سامان آلات واکسين و ارسال آن به سوپروایزر مربوطه.
تهيه و ترتيب پلان عملياتي برای روز های ملی واکسین و تدویر تریننگ هاي روز هاي ملي واکسين براي رضاکاران و اشتراک فعال در روز هاي ملي واکسيناسيون.
تهيه لست موجودي تيم واکسين بطور سالانه.
اشتراک وسهولت بخشيدن در جلسات واکسین کارکنان صحي جامعه.
ثلث دقیق تالی شیت وراجستر های روزانه وماهانه وسایر راجستر ها وجمع آوری وتوحید راپور فعالیت های تیم واکسین وارسال آن به طورماهوار به آمرین مربوطه مربوطه .
مراعات و تطببق ستندرد هاي معرفي شده بخصوص وقايه انتان.
آگاهی از ضایعات وناغگی وغیره با درنظر گرفتن cost – effectiveness
آگاهی دادن به مراجعین درباره واکسین و امراض دوره طفولیت و واکسین شده گان.
