Job Description:
Summary of Key Functions

Strengthening the provision of internal communication between group members and external entities, (markets), guidance and support of group members for better sales of their products in the market and agreement with the customer about the type of fabric and clothing model or mattress curtain model
Improving the skills of group members in the field of clothing production in the practical form of vetting and marketing the produced products
Being present on official days (5 days a week).
Providing technical advice for group members for a period of at least three months (after the end of the contract).
Providing work reports of clothing manufacturing center activities on a weekly basis.

Field supervisors, partners and beneficiaries of the project.
Duty Locations
Zindajan, Injil and Gozrah districts of Herat province.
Key Results Expected
Agreement with the customer about the type of fabric and model of clothes or curtains and mattresses
Taking the customer’s size
Determining the time of delivery of clothes and the right cost for the customer
Creating a design (according to existing models or creating new designs), preparing a pattern or a sample of fabric cutting and basic sewing
Create an initial Peru
Final sewing of customer order
Knowing the types of fabrics and their characteristics
Excellent sewing skills
Great interest in design, sewing and fashion and awareness of their latest types
Attention to the interests and tendencies of customers
Creativity and the ability to visualize designs
Good communication skills in front of customers
Ability to maintain concentration during long working hours
Having order and time management to deliver orders on time
Having physical health
The ability to teach and train theoretically and practically for group members.
Familiarity with the tools of the sewing center and familiarity with the purpose of informing the members of the group
Job Requirements:
Competence
Creating a strong coordination between the production center of office clothes and business partners, detailed planning
Core Competencies:
A trainer is expected to have good communication and understanding skills, creativity and entrepreneurship skills, capacity to provide internal communication and problem solving skills.
Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years of work experience related to the production and sewing of all kinds of women’s and children’s clothes
Familiarity with computer programs is an advantage.
Education:
Graduated from the twelfth grade.
Work experience:
At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant department.
Language Skills:
Dari, Pashto.
