Job Description:
The security guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the clinic’s staff and clients and its property. This role requires attention and proactive measures to maintain a safe environment in the health center. Under the direction of the clinic/facility manager, guards respond to emergencies and threats, prevent unauthorized access, and report suspicious activity.
- Ensuring the safety of all health center employees and clients.
- Regular patrols in and around the health center and prompt response to any suspicious activities such as theft and threats to employee safety.
- Report all suspicious activities, hostile actions, and unauthorized photography to the clinic manager immediately.
- If necessary, cooperate with colleagues when loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
- All doors and windows should be locked after formalities. If any violations are noted, report to the relevant authorities.
- Respectfully register visitors and screen patients before allowing access to the health facility.
- Ensure that no one can remove health center assets without permission.
- Maintaining the stability and reputation of the institution by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensure that all electrical equipment is turned off after the formalities inside the health center.
- Check the health center generator and report any technical problems to the relevant supervisor and officer.
- Checking and moving the fire extinguisher to a suitable and visible location.
- Keep all security lights on at night and report any damage to property to the clinic manager.
- In the event of emergencies such as fires and earthquakes, take immediate action and use all effective facilities.
- Report any security breaches and incidents to the relevant supervisor immediately.
- Regularly assess all equipment and facilities available for emergencies and report to your superior in case of any gaps or shortages.
- Be nice and polite to clients and patients.
- Show patience and tolerance towards local people and local officials, including staff who visit the clinic.
- Always consider the norms and culture of the community.

- At least literate (educated between grades 9 and 12).
- Have at least one year of relevant work experience.
- If selected for this position, submission of a letter of criminal discharge from the police department.
- Explanation and explanation in the official languages of the country.
