Who is eligible to apply for scholarships in Turkey?

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

Belong to a nation other than Turkey as a citizen.
Be in good health.
Maximum age: for Undergraduate younger than 21
Master: younger than thirty
PhD: Less than 35 years old
Research: younger than fifty

Limitations on academic results:

have finished or are anticipated to finish school; undergraduate candidates must have received at least 70% of the possible points in high school.
Candidates for master’s and doctoral degrees must have received 75% of the possible points.Applicants to undergraduate programs in the medical sciences, dentistry, and pharmacy must receive at least 90% of the possible points and excel in biology, chemistry, and mathematics.

Candidates for the Turkish Government Scholarship must have the following paperwork ready:

Picture (shot within the previous six months)
