Qualifications:
Entry into Japan: Must be able to reach Japan within the time frame allotted by APU
Arrival in Japan: The candidate must be able to reach Japan within the time frame that APU has indicated
Prior MEXT Scholarships: Unless they have more than three years of educational research experience after the last payment of the prior MEXT scholarship, they cannot have previously received a MEXT scholarship.
English Proficiency Test: Results of an English proficiency test administered on or after March 22, 2023, must be submitted
