The Chongqing Municipal Government Mayor Scholarship 2025 is available for training, short courses, master’s, doctoral, and bachelor’s degrees in any of the university’s topics. Qualifications for the Mayor Scholarships
- In addition to being in good health, the applicants must not be Chinese nationals.
- Candidates must be at least 25 years old and have completed senior high school in order to be considered for an undergraduate program.
- Candidates for master’s degree programs must be at least 35 years old and have earned a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates for the PhD program must be under 40 years old and have earned a master’s degree.
- Applicants for the Chinese language training program must be under 35 years old and have completed senior high school.
- The general scholar program has a 45-year-old age limit and requires applicants to have completed at least two years of undergraduate education.
- Applicants must hold a master’s degree or higher to be eligible for the senior scholar program.
- Alternatively, the candidates had to be associate professors or higher. 50 is the maximum age.
