Information Regarding DAAD Study Scholarships for Postgraduate Architecture Studies in Germany in 2024:
Masters degrees in the fields of architecture, interior design, monument conservation, urban planning/urban development, regional planning, landscape architecture, and landscape planning are available under the DAAD Study Scholarships – Postgraduate Studies in the Field of Architecture 2024.
The deadline for submitting the application is September 25, 2024. This fellowship is being offered by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and has a total value of Full Funding (934 euros per month + travel allowance + other benefits). All citizens are eligible for the scholarship, with the exception of Germans.

Qualifications:
International students who, at the time of application, had earned a first degree from a university in architecture or a related field are eligible to apply.
Candidates must be enrolled in a state-funded or state-recognized German institution and starting a Master’s degree, postgraduate degree, or complementary study that does not lead to a final qualification.
Applicants may apply in their second year of a postgraduate program in Germany if they are currently enrolled in the first year.
The final exams must have been completed by candidates no later than six months prior to the deadline.
Those who, as of the cutoff date, have resided in Germany for more than 15 months are not allowed to apply.

The evaluation of artistic quality and maturity is based on the results of studies and work samples.
The study plan and the motivation letter serve as benchmarks for the project’s quality.
