Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Recent university graduate (bachelor’s or higher) with 0-3 years of working experience in any field of study.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English, with ideally 1 additional language.
- Keen interest in international and Dubai business
- have a curious and inquiring mind.
- Demonstrated hard skills in financial, accounting, marketing, and strategy metrics.
- Familiarity with consulting fundamentals and tools, focusing on strategy consulting.
- Ability to develop a business plan from ideation to completion.
- Strong soft skills including leadership, presentation, negotiation, communication, teamwork, agility, and problem-solving.
- Cultural understanding was gained through living, studying, and working together for 9 months.
