Eligibility Criteria of Excellence Scholarship on Governmental or Parliamentary Organizations:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- be accepted into the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program for the winter or fall of 2025 (essay or dissertation option).
- possess the status of “Deemed full-time” under Financial Aid for Studies, be enrolled full-time in Fall 2025 (minimum 12 credits), or have Université Laval acknowledge you as a student parent.
- has a stellar academic record.
- Write a dissertation or essay on a subject pertaining to governmental or legislative institutions.
